Beam Current Stability Module.
A new beam current stabilizer is now available for all CamScan Maxim,
MX2500, and CS3000 Series SEMs (new and retrofit). The new module
provides continuous feedback control to ensure long term stability of
<0.05% per hour. |

Speed Manual Control is now available through the optional
